Not content with scoring one sensational goal in the past week, Vissel Kobe’s Andres Iniesta has done it again for the Japanese side with a superb strike.
The 34-year-old ended a glittering stay at Barcelona earlier this summer, as he embarks on a new challenge in the latter stages of his career.
It seemingly took him some time to find his feet but after scoring a superb solo goal last week, which can be seen in the link above, he repeated the trick with a brilliant effort all of his own doing, as seen in the video below.
Unfortunately for Vissel Kobe, it wasn’t enough to see off Sanfrecce, as they were held to a 1-1 draw on Wednesday but Iniesta’s goal came just two minutes after they fell behind and so it was enough to earn a share of the spoils.
Goals like this one are exactly why the Japanese side would have invested in Iniesta, and he’ll hope he can provide many more memorable moments and continue to push them in the right direction before he opts to hang his boots up.
For now though, it looks like we can still enjoy the magician at work!
