Video: Horrific Kepa Arrizabalaga error leads to Southampton scoring against Chelsea

Posted by

In the 55th minute of Chelsea’s Premier League tie against Southampton, Kepa Arrizabalaga once again proved that he’s just not fit to play for the Blues.

Danger was spelled after Kurt Zouma failed in his attempts to play the ball back into the Spaniard whilst being wrestled off by Che Adams.

The centre-forward charged down on the loose ball and was gifted possession when Kepa either pulled out of an attempt to tackle the ace or simply the let Adams run free.

Adams saw his first effort on the open goal blocked, with the ball then rattling the post, the ace recovered the ball while Chelsea were half-asleep and smashed the ball into the net.

How Kepa manages to still get a game is unbelievable, is it not at the point now that the Spaniard should be dropped for his own good?

  1. I like Lampard a lot, but he is simply not experienced enough to get the best out of this hugely talented Chelsea side. It is like giving a learner a bugatti veyron to drive, he wouldn’t be able to unleash the power of that beast of a car! Give Mauricio Pochettino this Chelsea team and see the beast unleashed on the premier league!!

  2. LAMPARD IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND HAS TO GO!
    NOW!
THIS TEAM IS NOT A TITLE CONTENDER, NOT A CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SPOT CANDIDATE, JUST HODGE-PODGE OF CLUELESS “SUPERSTARS” WHO CANNOT STRING 3 MEANINGFUL PASSES IN ROW.
THE COACH HAD ENOUGH TIME TO AT LEAST SORT OUT THE DISGRACE OF A DEFENCE, CROWNED BY “THE WORLD’S MOST EXPENSIVE” CLOWN AT HIS BRILLIANT BEST, IF HE ONLY KNEW HOW.
HAVERTZ IS TOO SOFT, IS CONSTANTLY BULLIED OFF THE BALL AND JUST WALKS OFF.
WERNER AND ATTACKING MIDFIELD ARE NOT PRESSING ENERGETICALLY ENOUGH. ETC, ETC.
IT IS LIKE WATCHING THE FIRST HALF OF THE WEST BROM GAME OVER AND OVER EVERY WEEKEND.
    WHAT A MESS.

  3. Absolutely no aggression in the way Chelsea play! You can’t rely on flair alone to win trophies in England, ask Arsenal under Wenger about that!
