Photoshop means that it’s incredibly easy to mock up a quick graphic to suggest someone made an incredible prediction, but it’s worth taking this at face value for a second.
Man United winning 6-2 and Liverpool winning 7-0 are two remarkable results to see on the same weekend, so of course there’s some pictures going around of someone having a bet on that happening:

Obviously the pay out would be huge because the odds are ridiculous, but there could be a heart-breaking twist in this potentially true tale after it appears they succumbed to the temptation of the cash-out button:

The ill-judged cash-out happens to the best of us and it’s easy to make these decisions in hindsight, so in a way hopefully this is a fake just to save the pain of what could’ve been.
