Various sources are now stating that Maddison has agreed personal terms over moving to Arsenal, with the north London giants now set to make a bid for him imminently.

This could mean Arsenal end up paying around £60million for Maddison, which could be a bargain if he continues to develop as he has for Leicester in recent times…

Arsenal need a signing like this, and have also been linked with similar players in the form of Houssem Aouar and Manuel Locatelli.

Maddison is proven in the Premier League, however, so might be the superior option.

  1. Can’t see him behaving with the distractions of London, see you on the front pages not the back

  2. Gary Lineker was a good player in his playing days but all the Arsenal forwards are ahead of him so he should keep his mouth shut when did he begin to dictate where players would go that will be an upgrade or downgrade he is confused or did he wants to lunch himself to lime light with Arsenal may be as Thierry Henry and Denis Berkarmbs are being recognize he wants the English football board to remember him well let’s go to the business Madison is matured man he knows what is good for himself not Gary Lineker to direct him is he an agent to Madison or do he wants to drink pain relief for another person’s pain as he is saying can he bet his money that Leicester are bigger than Arsenal as far as club history are concern if you hate Arsenal because they did not sign you then that will not make you to put Arsenal and Leicester in the same level it is true Arsenal are not doing as they used in the past but does not mean that they are in the same level with Leicester

  3. when players choose arsenal why to other people becomes a problem? all this big team they were once behind arsenal but he did not stop players to sign for then why only Arsenal? leave us sign players we want they are not your brothers .

  4. For sure whenever good players choose arsenal people start disguising so they wanna come

  5. didnt like Linekar but on this occasion he is so right … Arsenal is a backward step…. how many fans like the way Leicester is run… they take care of both their players and fans

  6. His move would make sense to the Emirates fans. But who would be given the No 10 role? The Smith or Madder??

  7. maddison is a good player but he is second choice after brighton said we can have White but you have no chance of signing Bissouma. Shame because I think he is a better player and would have been cheaper.

  8. Maddison is a good player but lets face it he’s a second choice. Brighton were never going to let us take two of their best players, shame because Bissouma is a class act and would probably been cheaper than Maddison.
