Raheem Sterling has opened the scoring at the Etihad to give Man City a 1-0 lead over Newcastle United.
City are looking to bounce back from the disappointment of their Champions League exit, whilst also looking to capitalise on Liverpool’s draw to Tottenham on Saturday night.
The Manchester club had multiple chances leading up to the goal but eventually broke through thanks to a diving header from the English international, who was picked out by a header from Joao Cancelo, which can be seen below.
