Paulo Di Canio has criticized Tottenham loanee Tanguy Ndombele who was once again an unused substitute for Napoli in Champions League game against Liverpool.
Ndombele is spending another season on loan after a disappointing loan spell at Lyon last season.
Di Canio is skeptical Napoli manager Spalletti could revive his career but admits if he does, it would be a miracle.
“If Spalletti works a miracle, I will take my hat off. This guy doesn’t want to sacrifice himself without the ball. I don’t expect him to walk on water, but if he at least swam it’d be a resounding success,” Di Canio said (Calcio Napoli)
Ndombele has appeared three times for Napoli this season in Serie A.
