According to reports, West Ham is eligible for up to £6.6 million in compensation from FIFA following Gianluca Scamacca’s injury while representing Italy at an international level.
According to Six Foot Two, after the initial 28 days of disability, FIFA’s club protection system pays clubs up to a maximum of £6.6 million per accident in compensation.
The striker has failed to make a big impact at London Stadium since his move from Sassuolo and the injury just makes it worse with West Ham in tough position this season under David Moyes.
