Arsenal would reportedly have to pay huge money for the transfer of Alexander Isak, but that’s hardly surprising, is it?
And actually, the fee being reported at the moment arguably isn’t even that bad, with Newcastle’s asking price set at €150m, or £125m, according to a report from Fichajes.
Isak has been almost unplayable for Newcastle this season, scoring 19 goals in 27 games in all competitions, while he has a total of 54 goals in 94 appearances since he joined the Magpies.
The Sweden international just seems to get better and better every year, and his pace and clinical finishing look like making him the ideal player to complete Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal side.
Alexander Isak transfer fee is surely worth paying

It’s not often we see Arsenal splash the cash on big names like this, but we saw it as recently as summer 2023 when Declan Rice joined from West Ham for over £100m, as per BBC Sport‘s report at the time.
Like Rice, it makes sense that Isak would cost crazy money as he’s a ready-made and proven world class performer in the Premier League.
And even if it might be tempting to go for cheaper options, there’s little doubt Arsenal would be getting the real deal with a player like Isak.
You never know how other exciting talents like Benjamin Sesko or Viktor Gyokeres will settle in to English football, but Isak has done it here already.
If Mikel Arteta had a lethal finisher like that in his squad this season, Arsenal would likely be a lot closer to Liverpool in this Premier League title race.
The north London giants surely can’t afford to go another season without a 25-plus-goals-a-season player in their ranks, and it will be interesting to see if they decide to go all in on Isak.
Perhaps there are other options out there, but there are surely many figures in the game who’d see £125m as pretty decent money for such a top player.
Dream 0n.
The money splash on “Isak” extremely “Sucidial ” I could remember last two seasons when he was in Spain, he had agreed to come, but “Add-On fees” turned “Arsenal” away, that was why he found himself in “Newcastle” if care ‘s not taken, d “Market Price” “ll drop totally, this makes me to remember”Vilahovic” , Auara, and others like him, they better drop d price, “A word ‘s enough for a wise” who knows what ‘s gonna happens after this time out
I think striker or strikers is not the problem of rather the referees no talk about them but they are the one dragging English football to the mud together with VAR and FA they taking a lot of side there decision taking are questionable because when such things happened to other clubs they keep blind eyes but I am not surprised because when corrupted man is on the helm of affairs everything will go wrong of cause England is a corrupted country if you look and check their history it’s built on false background no doubt about that.
They are cheats I mean England and it’s people not only in football but in all spheres of life.
Why would Isak take a retrograde step and go to a bunch of “also rans” who class a successful campaign as beating Spurs? dream on. lots of assumptions here, one, that the four players touted in another one of your articles would fetch the price Arsenal think they could get, two, assumptions that Arsenal would be his only option. Arsenal should stick to doing what they do best, achieving nothing and coming up with excuses, you know, “grass too green”, “ball too round” etc etc
The market value of Isak is not up to 85m pounds and correctly so. This is a player that has never scored 30 Premiership goals in a season before. I doubt if he has even scored 30 goals in all competitions in a season before. Arsenal has to be very careful. If I pay 125m pounds, according to you, on Isak, which means I’ll pay 500m pounds on Haaland!
honestly it’s really getting comical now!
the player doesn’t want to leave!
we don’t want to sell!
it would take a ridiculous offer for us to even go to the table!
the press don’t help things by keep publishing crap!
he’s ours for the long haul
It’s like a broken record. It ain’t happening. Come to peace with it and move on. Sick of hearing the same old drivel. Newcastle are entitled to have good players as well, you know.
Keep on dreaming … Isak is going nowhere, and definitely not to Arsenal! These constant links are just desperation …
