Things are not going well for Liverpool, with the reigning Premier League champions losing four games in a row, the latest being a 2-1 defeat at Anfield against arch-rivals Manchester United.
Despite spending almost half a billion in the summer, things have not clicked for the Reds, and the frustration is now starting to become evident in the body language of players.
One such moment of frustration was captured on camera during Liverpool’s recent training session ahead of the Champions League clash vs Frankfurt.
Liverpool star Andy Robertson has an outburst in training

Vice-captain Andy Robertson had a visibly angry outburst during a training drill involving Cody Gakpo and Florian Wirtz.
The incident occurred during a quick-reaction sprinting drill designed to test the players’ speed and agility.
Robertson, Gakpo, and Wirtz were pitted against each other, tasked with racing to a finish line after collecting a ball on a coach’s instruction.
After what he believed was a winning effort, Robertson was reportedly told he had lost the race.
In a moment of raw, unfiltered frustration, Robertson had a X-rated outburst before throwing his training ball to the ground. Watch the incident here.
Arne Slot desperately needs to steady the ship before it sinks
The alarm bells at Anfield are now blaring, not just ringing, as Arne Slot faces a genuine crisis that threatens to derail Liverpool’s season.
Having lost four consecutive matches, a dismal run not seen at the club since 2014, the Premier League champions are exhibiting the traits of a team in freefall: defensive errors are endemic, the midfield is disjointed, and the famed attack, despite its array of costly summer signings like Alexander Isak and Florian Wirtz, is not clicking.
The defeat to Manchester United at Anfield was symbolic, ending a near decade-long wait for a United win on Merseyside and confirming the end of Liverpool’s aura of invincibility.
Now, all eyes turn to the crucial Champions League fixture against Eintracht Frankfurt.
While Slot is said to be under no pressure as yet, a fifth consecutive defeat would plunge the club into a crisis worse than anything witnessed in recent memory.

I hate people like you. Trying to over exaggerate every little thing. Stuff like this happens all the time, it’s nothing out of the ordinary. These players have been through a stressful situation with losing a friend. Have a bit of class just for once.
are you having a laugh…. STOP WITH THE EXCUSES!!!!
Last season’s success could not be attributed to Slot brilliance, it could be perhaps players worked hard to impresss the new coach in order to be selected. For me Slot has plan B if plan A does yield results.Slot does not select players on merit but on reputation. If I were in LFC I would release him before it is too late,, and bring back Klop .Alternatively they can seek services of either the Bounemouth coach orGlasner.Slot can’t be exonerated by saying he is still familiarizing players to his philosophy . Coaches of National teams work with players for a week or two and be competitive though.
nothing to see.
happens everyday
It is common knowledge that form in players is temporary& class is permanent. It imperative for Slot to bench Salah and Kerkes and use them as substitutes.Even Macclaster can be banch as things stand.Gomez can be used in full back positions if needs be.He is at least experienced, he adapts quickly.
Sounds like there’s too much of an outside influence affecting team cohesion.
Perhaps whoever running things should remove the suspected cause (at least for a cooling off period) and see if things start to become calmer.
it is beyond benching so and so. Free flowing football is about positioning. That’s the job of the coach to give directives where players should move to benefit of crosses and crowd the box. Slot is failing drastically here.
They are seasoned professionals.
They should already know their jobs and how to do it properly.
Some maybe in their early twenties just need to learn how far to push things.
Sadly, there are still some men out there who act like scallies well into their 60’s.
There’s possibly been some “bants” that has gone too far and touched a nerve.
New faces looking to impose their place in the pecking order.
Arne’s will sort it no problem.
Curious to notice that the cameras were already there for the incident though.
Things of this kind shouldn’t be sorted in public.
There may be repercussions.
After resding the article a little more fully, doesthis mean that goal line technology/V.A.R. needs to be used during training exercises, as an aid to those deciding who crossed the line first ?
Perhaps the person who judged that Andy lost the race was calling it from a remote or obstructed location ?
A nothing story.
This is just sad to watch. Spending so much and still flopping? Come on, give us some fight, not tantrums.
