Fulham Can Sack Lawrie Sanchez Anytime They Want

Lawrie Sanchez has quit as boss of Northern Ireland and taken up a spot with Fulham as manager on an “indefinite rolling contract“,

“During my last month or so at Fulham I became increasingly enthused by working daily with players on the training pitch, and the satisfaction that I felt at seeing the end result on a weekly basis.

“The club has an incredibly professional infrastructure worthy of its Premiership status and it is my aim to finish higher than we have before, and to bring the success that the chairman and the supporters deserve for their continued commitment.”

We’re still struggling to see the major benefits that Lawrie Sanchez has brought over Chris Coleman, Fulham were still plunging towards the drop after Sanchez took over with only a draw with Blackburn to his name until they faced Liverpool’s 2nd XI.

But, then again, nothing says job security like “rolling contract”.
