Gunners are already planning heavily for the future.
Arsenal head coach Arsene Wenger is already starting to prepare for the future at the Emirates by scouting the next batch of British stars, according to reports in the Daily Mirror.

Despite the north London club remaining in the hunt for highly rated Schalke 04 midfielder Julian Draxler in the current January transfer window, the Bundesliga club are so far proving resistant to any move for their star man and the Gunners’ boss may now be forced to wait until the end of the season to sign the £35m-rated Germany international.
However, that setback has still not prevented the Frenchman from sending the club’s chief scout Steve Rowley for checking out three up-and-coming rising stars of the English game.
The first starlet that Rowley has been to scout is highly rated Reading goalkeeper Alex McCarthy as Wenger starts preparing for when the club’s current backup Lukasz Fabianski leaves the Emirates this summer, with the former England Under-21 international being lined up to now succeed the Poland international as first-choice shot-stopper Wojciech Szczesny’s No 2 next season.
Meanwhile, Rowley has also been running his eye over Nottingham Forest’s 20-year-old defender Jamaal Lascelles and Charlton Athletic right-back Jordan Cousins, 19.
