Martin Kelly v Kevin Mirallas
In the absence on first-choice right-back Glen Johnson, Reds head coach Brendan Rodgers is again likely to go with England international Kelly in his place as he did against Bournemouth in the FA Cup fourth round on Saturday, where the defender had a steady, if unspectacular, comeback into the first team.
However, it will be a far different proposition against the in-form Toffees at Anfield on Tuesday night, especially as the full back will come face to face with the visitors’ outstanding Belgium international in a contest that could go some way to deciding if Everton can leave the home of their bitter rivals with three points for the first time since 1999.
