Experienced and ever-consistent Spanish right back who is always comfortable in possession of the ball and neat and tidy with his passing, while the 31-year-old has created one goal for a Swans team-mate in the Premier League so far.

8 =) Leandro Bacuna (Aston Villa): 0.8 ACPG

The Midlands outfit’s new arrival from FC Groningen has proved to be an excellent addition at Villa Park this season with his powerful and energetic runs down the right flank, which probably should not surprise too many who knew the Dutchman from his time in the Eredivisie as the 22-year-old has also spent a lot of time in his career on the right-hand side of midfield.

8 =) Kyle Walker (Tottenham Hotspur): 0.8 ACPG

The all-action England international is enjoying yet another eye-catching season at right back for the north London club, with the 23-year-old having been responsible for creating one goal for his side in the Premier League in this campaign, while at the same time producing on average 0.8 accurate crosses per league encounter.

8 =) Seamus Coleman (Everton): 0.8 ACPG

The 25-year-old right back has really started to blossom this season under new Toffees boss Roberto Martinez, with the adventurous Spaniard always asking his full backs to cross the halfway line when given the opportunity, a license the Republic of Ireland international has grabbed with both hands.

8 =) Patrice Evra (Manchester United): 0.8 ACPG

The veteran Frenchman maybe coming towards the end of his glittering career at Old Trafford, however, despite now being 32 year of age, the left back has still shown himself of marauding down the wing at the Theatre of Dreams whenever given even the slightest encouragement, with three league assists to his name to date the result of his efforts.

3 =) Aleksandar Kolarov (Manchester City): 0.9 ACPG

The Serb has well and truly won the battle to be named as the club’s first-choice left back ahead of France international Gael Clichy at Eastlands this season under new Blues head coach Manuel Pellegrini, and the Chilean has been rewarded by the 28-year-old with an impressive five assists in 17 Premier League contests.

3 =) Razvan Rat (West Ham United): 0.9 ACPG

Experienced Romania international who was brought to Upton Park last summer from Ukranian giants Shakhtar Donetsk, with the 32-year-old having responded by being one of the struggling east London club’s most consistent and dangerous performers to date.

2) Ahmed Elmohamady (Hull City): 1 ACPG

The 23-year-old Egypt international has been the Tigers’ stand-out performer of the first half of the campaign, having created two goals for team-mates as Steve Bruce’s men have surprised many with their confident and attacking approach that they have taken to life back in the Premier League, and none more so than their right wing back.

1) Leighton Baines (Everton): 1.2 ACPG

Three assists in 16 Premier League matches so far for the England international whose form down the left flank for the Merseyside giants under manager Roberto Martinez now looks like being enough to earn the left back a starting role for the Three Lions at this summer’s Fifa World Cup finals in Brazil ahead of Ashley Cole.
