This impressive XI is made up only of players who’ve already signed for Premier League clubs so far this summer…

Bar perhaps the centre-backs, it’s pretty exciting!

GK) Lukasz Fabianski

The Polish keeper completed a free transfer to Swansea early on in the summer, after becoming disenchanted with his role as second choice at Arsenal. He proved during the FA Cup run last term that he’s more than good enough to deserve a no.1 spot.

DR) Daryl Janmaat

Janmaat starred at the World Cup for Holland, and has moved to Newcastle United from Feyenoord. He replaces the outgoing Mathieu Debuchy – who’s been sold to Arsenal.

DC) Bacary Sagna

Arsenal needed to sign Debuchy to replace Bacary Sagna, who left on a free to join Manchester City! He’s naturally a right-back, but has performed impressively in central defence during matches for the Gunners, and for us – is a better bet in this spot than Aston Villa’s new man Philippe Senderos!

DC) Joleon Lescott

West Brom secured the free transfer signing of the former England international, who was surplus to requirements at Manchester City. In his place, the Etihad side are expected to finalise a deal for Porto’s Eliaquim Mangala.

DL) Luke Shaw

Chelsea have also signed left-back Filipe Luis this summer, but Manchester United made Luke Shaw the most expensive teenager of all time, shelling out £27m, potentially rising to £31m, for the 18-year-old.

MC) Ander Herrera

Another Manchester United signing, the Spaniard arrived for big money from Athletic Bilbao – and will hope to add both the work-rate and technical ability that the Red Devils badly need in midfield.

MC) Cesc Fabregas

The first of three ultra impressive Chelsea signings, Fabregas arrived for £27m from Barcelona, and he’ll be keen to show the Premier League what they’ve been missing having spent the past three seasons in Spain after the Catalans signed him from Arsenal.

AMR) Lazar Markovic

The Serbian sensation has signed for Liverpool for £20m, and will add pace, creativity, and dribbling ability to Liverpool’s side. Alongside Raheem Sterling and Coutinho, Brendan Rodgers has a crop of extremely exciting young players to work with.

AMC) Adam Lallana

Lallana’s form with Southampton earned him a space in Roy Hodgson’s World Cup squad, and it also saw Liverpool shell out £25m for his services.

AML) Alexis Sanchez

The marquee signing of the summer so far in terms of Premier League transfers, Arsenal pipped Liverpool to the Barcelona man’s signature – agreeing to shell out £35m for the Chilean attacker.

FC) Diego Costa

Chelsea badly needed a new forward, and decided to spend £32m on the Spanish powerhouse – who bagged 36 goals in all competitions for Atletico Madrid last season.
