The transfer window closes on Monday, and there are still a whole host of big-name, big-money players waiting on potential moves. Here are the top ten stars who could seal switches before time runs out:

10) Xherdan Shaqiri (Bayern Munich)

Eager to escape Bayern Munich, where he is sick of being a bit-part player. The Swiss international has attracted interest from Liverpool and Juventus, but has so far been unable to convince his German employers to sign-off on a sale.

9) Jackson Martinez (Porto)

The Colombian forward has been in excellent goal scoring form for his club over the last two seasons, but despite being linked with Arsenal during the early part of the transfer window, a move has so far failed to materialise.

8) Lars Bender (Bayer Leverkusen)

The holding midfielder has been sporadically linked with Arsenal this summer as they searched for a new holding midfielder. However, the German was always second choice to his countryman, Sami Khedira, and a bid has not yet been forthcoming.

7) Ezequiel Lavezzi (PSG)

Liverpool, and more recently Arsenal have been linked with the PSG star, who is only on the fringes of the team for the Ligue 1 giants. The 29-year-old Argentine winger is reportedly keen on a move, but may have to wait unless a huge bid is made this weekend.

6) Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund)

The highly rated German was believed to be the first choice defender for Louis van Gaal at Manchester United this summer, while he was also linked heavily with Barcelona. However, the centre-back looks likely to stay put for now.

5) Paul Pogba (Juventus)

One of the brightest young midfield talents in Europe, the Frenchman was linked with Chelsea and former club Manchester United this summer, but is set to reject that interest and stay in Italy for the time being.

4) Radamel Falcao (AS Monaco)

There are very few places that the giant Colombian has not been linked this summer, and it seems that every team needing a striker have been quoted a price for the Monaco man. Liverpool, Arsenal and Real Madrid have all been interested according to reports.

3) Maro Reus (Borussia Dortmund)

Liverpool were linked heavily to Marco Reus in early August, but the superb 25-year-old looks like he’s staying with Borussia Dortmund, having scored on his return from injury on Friday evening. There could yet be a battle for his signature next summer.

2) Edinson Cavani (PSG)

Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United are all believed to have shown an interest in Cavani this summer, with the Uruguayan striker tired of playing second fiddle to Zlatan Ibrahimovic at PSG. The Gunners could still firm up that interest with a bid in the final days of the window.

1) Arturo Vidal (Juventus)

Manchester United have been chasing the Chilean midfielder all summer, with rumours constantly confirming and denying an imminent move. The current reports suggest that the player is likely to stay put, but you never know what can happen on deadline day.
