5) Danny Ings (Burnley, 2% of the vote)

The 22-year-old scored goals for fun in the Championship last season, hitting 26 in all competitions, but is still waiting to get off the mark in the Premier League. He and Burnley will be hoping for good things when they travel to Crystal Palace on Saturday.

4) Wilfried Bony (Swansea City, 6% of the vote)

After a summer of transfer speculation linking him with a move away from the club, Bony is still with Swansea, but is yet to rediscover his goal scoring touch of last season – despite Swansea’s fine start to the campaign. The Swans make the difficult trip to Stamford Bridge on Saturday, where any goal could prove priceless.

3) Edin Dzeko (Manchester City, 7% of the vote)

The Bosnian striker has regularly shone in big games, and will be hoping to do again when his City team visit Arsenal on Saturday lunchtime. The Premier League champions are looking to hit back after their shock defeat to Stoke City prior to the international break, and will be looking for Dzeko to provide the inspiration.

2) Radamel Falcao (Manchester United, 41% of the vote)

The Colombian forward, on loan from AS Monaco, is likely to make his United debut this weekend when the Old Trafford side take on newly promoted Queens Park Rangers at Old Trafford. He will be looking to hit the ground running, and ensure a turning point in the club’s difficult start to the season.

1) Mario Balotelli (Liverpool, 43% of the vote)

Liverpool host Aston Villa on Saturday evening, and after a promising debut against Tottenham, the Italian striker will be looking to get off the mark for his new team. The 23-year-old was left out of Italy’s squad for their recent European qualifiers, so should be fully-fit coming into the game.
