Manchester United’s Portuguese star, on loan at Sporting Lisbon, has always loved to run at defenders. He’s scored one goal alongside his 4.5 dribbles.

9) Eduardo Salvio, Benfica – 4.5 dribbles per game

The 24-year-old right winger has also  made 4.5 dribbles and scored one goal – but his team need a positive result away to Monaco on Wednesday.

8) Alexis Sanchez, Arsenal – 4.5 dribbles per game

The same amount of dribbles and goals again, the Chilean a particularly strong European relationship with Danny Welbeck.

7) Eden Hazard, Chelsea – 5.5 dribbles per game

The Belgian whizz has completed 5.5 dribbles so far in this year’s competition. Alongside that he has managed to grab an assist as well. He’ll be key to Chelsea’s chances of Champions League glory.

6) Arthur Masuaku, Olympiakos – 5.5 dribbles per game

 

The French left- back is surprisingly high up this list, with 5.5 dribbles and a goal to his name. At only 20-years-old, he might be a name we hear more of in the future.

5) Andy Najar, Anderlecht – 5.5 dribbles per game

 

Another name you won’t recognise, the 21-year-old midfielder has also made 5.5 dribbles so far. He’s pacy, and likes to beat his fullback and get to the byline.

4) Hulk, Zenit St. Petersburg – 6 dribbles per game

The big Brazilian is less surprising than the last two names. He has six dribbles so far, as well as getting on the scoresheet once.

3) Isco, Real Madrid – 6 dribbles per game

One of the best young players in the world, its no surprise that Isco is so high on this list. Despite playing only 77 minutes so far, he has made six dribbles in that time.

2) Yacine Brahimi, FC Porto – 7 dribbles per game

After an impressive World Cup with Algeria, Brahimi has continued his form into this season. With 7 dribbles and 3 goals in just 140 minutes, he’s making a name for himself in Portugal.

1) Lionel Messi, Barcelona – 8 dribbles per game

The Argentine superstar is well deserving of the title of best dribbler, with eight dribbles, a goal, and an assist so far. The fact that Cristiano Ronaldo isn’t anywhere near to him will only make it sweeter for the Barca ace.
