14. Glenn Murray, Reading (on-loan from Crystal Palace)

After spearheading Palace to promotion in 2012/13 with his goals the striker was then injured for much of last term, but is back to scoring ways in the Championship with four in eight for the Royals.

13. Gael Kakuta, Rayo Vallecano (on-loan from Chelsea)

The Blues are well renowned for sending players out on-loan and whilst this winger is never likely to make it at Stamford Bridge now, he is putting himself in the shop window in La Liga.

12. Karl Darlow, Nottingham Forest (on-loan from Newcastle United)

Was purchased as part of a double deal from the City Ground along with teammate Jamaal Lascelles before being loaned straight back and the goalkeeper has been in good form for Stuart Pearce’s men.

11. Victor Moses, Stoke City (on-loan from Chelsea)

Another from West London now and after a disappointing time with Liverpool in 2013/14 the Nigeria international has found his touch again under the guidance of Mark Hughes.

10. Jason Denayer, Celtic (on-loan from Manchester City)

The Bhoys may be struggling somewhat in a Scottish Premiership they always dominate, but with three goals from central defence this 19-year-old has been one of the positives.

9. Javier Hernandez, Real Madrid (on-loan from Manchester United)

With Radamel Falcao arriving from AS Monaco this Mexican finally decided to depart Old Trafford and has netted three times so far for Madrid to lead to rumours of a permanent deal.

8. Kenneth Omeruo, Middlesbrough (on-loan from Chelsea)

The Blues loanees just keep on coming and after doing well at the 2014 World Cup with Nigeria this defender is helping Boro to a strong start in the English second tier.

7. Micah Richards, Fiorentina (on-loan from Manchester City)

Missed the start of the campaign, but since breaking into La Viola first team the Englishman has been brilliant in both Serie A and the Europa League.

6. Jack Robinson, Huddersfield Town (on-loan from QPR)

Purchased from Anfield before being immediately sent to Huddersfield, the Hoops could perhaps do with this combative midfielder who has been impressing in the Championship.

5. Nani, Sporting Lisbon (on-loan from Manchester United)

After falling down down the pecking order with the Red Devils this Portugal international returned to his former club and already has four goals in all competitions for Sporting.

4. Ryan Bertrand, Southampton (on-loan from Chelsea)

We told you the West Londoners had lots of players on-loan and this left-back was deemed surplus to requirements by Jose Mourinho, but has now helped the Saints to second in the table.

3. Divock Origi, Lille (on-loan from Liverpool)

Part of the deal that saw this striker join the Merseysiders was that he would go back to Lille on-loan, but Brendan Rodgers could probably do with a 19-year-old who has netted three Ligue 1 goals.

2. Pablo Osvaldo, Inter Milan (on-loan from Southampton)

There aren’t really fond memories of this club record £15m signing at St Mary’s, but the forward clearly enjoys being in Italy and has scored five goals in 10 games for Inter.

1. Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa, AS Roma (on-loan from Newcastle United)

Leaving St James’ Park to be a key part in a team topping the Italian top tier is not bad going and Yanga-Mbiwa could well end up with a league winners medal this campaign.
