The Cameroon international has seen Malaga through some tough financial times and helped ensure they comfortably kept their place in La Liga.

The Liverpool target kept eight clean sheets between January and May to help Fiorentina achieve an impressive fourth place finish in Serie A last season, and has continued that form again this year.
7) Joe Hart (Manchester City, 15 clean sheets)
The England number one helped Manchester City to a second league title in three years last season, and saw off the challenge of Willy Caballero for the starting role this season.
6) Thibaut Courtois (Atletico Madrid / Chelsea, 17 clean sheets)
The young Belgian helped Atletico Madrid win the La Liga title in the first half of the year, ahead of both Barcelona and Real Madrid, before helping Chelsea to the Christmas number one spot.
5) Fraser Forster (Celtic / Southampton, 18 clean sheets)
Celtic’s dominance ensured an excellent start to the year for Forster, but the England international has continued to impress since his move to Southampton, helping them to an excellent start to the season.
4) Claudio Bravo (Real Sociedad / Barcelona, 18 clean sheets)
Impressed by immediately breaking Barcelona’s record for number of consecutive clean sheets after he kept the opposition out for eight straight games at the beginning of the current campaign.
3) Morgan De Sanctis (Roma, 19 clean sheets)
Roma have been in excellent form domestically this year, keeping nine clean sheets this season on their way to second place in the league behind Juventus.
2) Manuel Neuer (Bayern Munich, 21 clean sheets)
The German World Cup winner is part of one of the most dominant teams in Europe, while his reputation as one of the best keepers in the world has only been increased by this success.
1) Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus, 22 clean sheets)
The veteran Italian continues to impress, and has helped Juventus to consecutive Italian league titles. The Turin club have been on dominant form once again in 2014.
