Xherdan Shaqiri In Shock Stoke Move

Liverpool target Sheridan Shaqiri could be set for a shock move to Premier League’s Stoke City after the club have expressed their interest in the Bayern Munich winger.

The Swiss international is likely to leave the Bundesliga champions in January with the Reds, Inter Milan and now Stoke showing signs of interest.

Gerrard Could Make Liverpool Loan Return

After Steven Gerrard’s departure to LA Galaxy at the end of this season was confirmed yesterday on the MLS sides’ official website, the Liverpool legend has refused to rule out the possibility of returning to Anfield on a loan move, reports the Mirror.

Gerrard’s 25 year stay with the Merseyside club is to end in the summer – yet the Reds skipper could be back at Anfield within a year.

Suso Set For AC Milan

Suso’s Liverpool contract is set to expire in the summer and the 21 year old appears all set to make the move to Italian giants AC Milan, reports the Mirror.

The forward hasn’t made an impression under Reds manager Brendan Rodgers, with the Spaniard not featuring in first-team plans for the Anfield side, and Suso’s agent has confirmed, with MilanNews.it, that a four-year contract has been agreed.

Suarez A Bad Luck Charm

According to the Mirror, Liverpool had a better win percentage when Luis Suarez was NOT in the side – with the 27 year old the Reds had a 48% win percentage – without him – 61%.

It’s a similar story at Barcelona with the Catalan performing worse with the Uruguayan in the side, and worryingly, Lionel Messi is yet to provide a single assist since Suarez’s debut.

Nonetheless, Reds fans would certainly rather have kept the striker ahead of misfiring Mario Balotelli.
