The Uruguayan has been struggling to make he same impact he had at Anfield with the Catalan club and there has been reports linking him with a move to Chelsea.

However, Suarez isn’t the only massive transfer target linked with the Blues, or other Premier League clubs for that matter, with a number of world class talents reportedly set for moves to England in the coming transfer windows.

We take a look at some of the biggest below:

Alexandre Lacazette (Lyon)

The Frenchman has been in hot form for Lyon, becoming the top scorer in Ligue 1 and with his admission of his desire to play away from the French side has sparked a flurry of speculation linking him with a move abroad in a reported £15 million deal.

Mauro Icardi (Inter Milan)

Icardi’s penchant for personal drama and heated exchanges with his team mates might have the fans of reported suitors Liverpool and Chelsea fans gritting their teeth, but there’s no doubting his ability with the £30m Inter man scoring 10 goals in 21 appearances this season.

Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid)

The fiery Spaniard is on the radar of both Arsenal and Manchester United after the centre back hinted he would one day love to play in the Premier League.

Ilkay Gundogan (Borussia Dortmund)

Arsenal have firmed up their interest in the German international after he was offered a contract ultimatum from Dortmund after refusing to sign a new contract and was told he will be sold in the summer if refusing to put pen to paper.

Arsene Wenger is said to be keen on a player he has missed out on at least two times before and believes a deal can be done for £16m

Luis Saurez (Barcelona)

It might be just six months since he left these shores, but Suarez is reportedly weighing up the possibility of a return to the Premier League after struggling to adapt during his first six months in Catalonia.

Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund)

The centre back has been linked with almost every club under the sun in the past few transfer windows but with Dortmund struggling to compete in the Bundesliga there has been a new intensity to the speculation and Louis van Gaal is said to be eyeing up a potential £35m move.

Arjen Robben (Bayern Munich)

Robben has been linked heavily with a reunion with former Bayern boss Louis van Gaal at Manchester United, with the Dutch coach believed to be readying a £24m deal for his fellow countryman.

However rel=”nofollow”reports claim that Bayern won’t sell the 30-year-old unless he himself requests a transfer.

Marco Reus (Borussia Dortmund)

If any more Dortmund stars are linked with a move away there won’t be a team left.

Reus’ reported release clause that activates this summer stands at a paltry £20m when you consider his talent means a host of clubs are chasing his name. Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool and City are all after him.

Lionel Messi (Barcelona)

But surely the biggest transfer linked to the Premier League is that of Messi.

The Argentine has said to become frustrated to life at the Nou Camp under new boss Luis Enrique and his recent activity of following Chelsea on Instagram has only fuelled speculation he is seeking a mega bucks, £500m in total deal to West London.

If there’s one club that could buy Messi though, you’d expect it to be the one owned by Roman Abramovich.
