Adebayor to continue in attack.
Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino has no injury concerns ahead of Saturday’s fourth-round FA Cup game with Leicester City.
Here’s how we expect Spurs to lineup against the Foxes.
GK: Michel Vorm
With Hugo Lloris playing every minute of Tottenham’s Premier League campaign, Vorm has not yet been able to feature in back-to-back games this season. However, he played in Wednesday’s Capital One Cup win over Sheffield United and he is expected to keep his place in goal for this FA Cup clash.
RB: Vlad Chiriches
Kyle Walker may be rested to keep him fresh for next week’s second leg against Sheffield United. Chiriches is back in the mix, after overcoming a back injury.
LB: Danny Rose
Ben Davies played on Wednesday, so Pochettino will probably rotate his left-backs and start with Rose.
CBs: Jan Vertonghen and Federico Fazio
Fazio has recovered from an illness, so he will return and probably partner Vertonghen, although Younes Kaboul could get a rare start.
CMs: Ryan Mason and Mousa Dembele
Nabil Bentaleb is still on African Cup of Nations duty with Algeria. Benjamin Stambouli had a poor game on Wednesday, so Dembele, who came off the bench in that game, could replace him.
AM: Aaron Lennon
Lennon continues to be linked with a move away, but, while he’s still at White Hart Lane, he remains a useful squad member.
AM: Roberto Soldado
Pochettino will want to give Harry Kane a break. Soldado should come in to fill the number 10 position.
AM: Erik Lamela
Nacer Chadli is still on compassionate leave following the death of his father, but Lamela is back available, having missed six matches with a calf problem.
ST: Emmanuel Adebayor
Adebayor made his first start since November in midweek. Despite being given the captain’s armband, he did not impress. However, he should get another try.
