All these transfer have been touted as potential moves this January, but could any of them really happen? We analyse the possibilities below:
10) Diego Forlan to West Bromwich Albion
The veteran striker has been offered to a number of clubs, and has experience of playing in England. Diego Lugano was with the club last year and Albion need goals, so a short term deal isn’t impossible.

The Togolese striker is out of favour at Tottenham, but has a habit of scoring goals wherever he’s been. PSG are looking for someone to help revive their season and he could be a decent bit-part option.

8) Danny Ings to Liverpool
The 22-year-old has scored seven goals so far this campaign, and is out of contract at the end of the season. However, Liverpool are surely in need of more proven quality to solve their scoring problems.

7) Sami Khedira to Trabzonspor
The German World Cup winning midfielder has been linked with moves to Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United, but could now be set for a move to the Turkish league. This would be a strange one for a player still only 27-years-old.

6) Diafra Sakho to Chelsea
Sakho only arrived at West Ham in the summer transfer window, and has enjoyed a successful start to life at Upton Park. For the media to suggest his form is worthy of a move to Chelsea is something of a surprise, but stranger things have happened in the Premier League.

5) Yaya Toure to Inter Milan
Toure has been an inspirational figure in City’s success over recent years, helping them win two Premier League titles and two domestic cups. Him leaving the club would come as a huge surprise, but his happiness has been called into question in the past.

4) Bafetimbi Gomis to Arsenal
Gomis struggled to secure a spot in the Swansea team prior to the departure of Wilfried Bony. That hasn’t dissuaded a number of other Premier League teams from showing an interest however, including, most surprisingly of all, Arsenal.

3) Enner Valencia to Chelsea
Chelsea have also been linked with Diafra Sakho’s West Ham strike partner – Enner Valencia. The Ecuadorian has been less prolific than Sakho, but has also done well. Surely not well enough though.

Bale has been regularly linked with a move back to England, where he would allegedly join Manchester United. The rumours come despite the Welshman netting in the Champions League final and the Copa del Rey final. Why would they sell?

This one was completely laughable. Regardless of Messi’s happiness at Barcelona, will he ever be allowed to leave? Surely they’d move heaven and earth to keep him. Nonetheless, Chelsea are among those linked with a £200m move.
