13. David Opsina – 6
Not the best of games from the Colombian although he did make two fine saves to deny Andrej Kramaric.
39. Hector Bellerin – 6
Showed his inexperience at times, but looked comfortable on the ball.
4. Per Mertesacker – 6
Was a little shaky at times, but the German was solid enough.
6. Laurent Koscielny – 7
Scored the opener from a Mesut Ozil corner and never looked too troubled at the back.
18. Nacho Monreal – 4
A poor game for the Spaniard who was run ragged by Riyad Mahrez.
7. Tomas Rosicky – 5
Looked a little off the pace, although is always good with the ball at his feet.
34. Francis Coquelin – 5
Protected the back four, but was wasteful when he had the ball.
14. Theo Walcott (Ramsey 73′) – 7
Constantly got behind the Leicester defence and scored what turned out to be the winner.
19. Santi Cazorla – 5
Failed to influence the game as much as he has in recent times and was a little anonymous.
11. Mesut Ozil – 7
Another good game for the German who provided assists for both goals.
17. Alexis Sanchez (Giroud 68′) – 4
Clearly short of fitness and never got going.
Substitutions:
12. Olivier Giroud – 5
Replaced Sanchez but failed to make an impact.
16. Aaron Ramsey (Flamini 82′) – 5
On for less than 10 minutes after suffering an injury.
20. Mathieu Flamini – 6
Replaced Ramsey and helped defend the lead.
