Read through our list below as we count down the ten most wanted players of the 2015 summer window:

10) Memphis Depay (PSV Eindhoven)

Still only 21, the winger has rightly been attracting interest from across Europe after a series of impressive performances for both club and country. Depay has scored 32 goals in 79 league games for PSV, since making the step up to the first-team in 2011, while he also has 13 international caps.

9) Kevin De Bruyne (Wolfsburg)

The Belgian international was on Chelsea’s books between 2012 and 2014, but only ever made three Premier League appearances. However, the 23-year-old has certainly fulfilled his potential in Germany, playing a starring role in his club’s march up the Bundesliga table.

8) Aymeric Laporte (Athletic Bilbao)

One of the most highly rated young defenders in Europe, Laporte has unsurprisingly attracted interest from a number of European giants, most notably Manchester United, who are on the lookout for their next great centre back. The French youth team international has played 70 league games for Bilbao.

7) Marco Verratti (Paris Saint Germain)

Still only 22, but already something of a veteran for the French champions, for whom he’s been an integral player for several years. He was called up to the Italy squad in 2012 and has compiled ten caps since then, while he also featured at the World Cup last summer.

6) Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund)

One of the most talked about transfer targets of last summer, Hummels eventually elected to remain with Dortmund, and has surprisingly endured a miserable season, battling against relegation. Still, a world class defender, and one that would make a worthy signing for any team.

5) Alexandre Lacazette (Lyon)

One of the hottest properties in European football right now, the Frenchman just cannot stop scoring. He’s scored 24 goals in 24 games so far this season, and has scored in every game he’s played in since the end of November! How much will he be worth come July?

4) Mauro Icardi (Inter Milan)

The Argentine has been one of the few shining lights in an otherwise miserable season for Inter Milan. While his team sit just tenth in the league table, Icardi has been in fine form, scoring 15 goals in all competitions. Still only 22, his huge potential is ripe for the picking.

3) Raheem Sterling (Liverpool)

By far and away the highest rated young player in the world, the 20-year-old has been hesitant over whether or not to sign a new contract, and European Champions Real Madrid are poised to swoop. While it remains unlikely that he’ll leave Liverpool, Madrid aren’t known for taking no for an answer.

2) Marco Reus (Borussia Dortmund)

Despite signing a new contract with Dortmund earlier this month, wiping out his buyout clause, Dortmund’s difficulties in the league mean that Reus is still likely to leave in the summer – just for a higher price. A whole host of teams are likely to be interested, but the player’s left no obvious clues as to his preferred destination.

1) Paul Pogba (Juventus)

Undoubtedly one of the best midfield players in the world. Still only 21, who knows how good Pogba could become. The fact that Manchester United allowed him to leave for nothing looks a more foolish decision with every game that goes by. How much would it take to buy him back?
