The former Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur man struck Monaco’s second goal against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium to help the Ligue 1 giants to a hugely impressive 3-1 victory.

West Ham United are potential suitors for the Bulgarian veteran, who was also linked with Crystal Palace in January and could be a target for the Eagles again.

Berbatov most recently played in the Premier League with Fulham last season before quitting the relegation-threatened side for a big move to France.
