FIVE clubs who could sign Man United OUTCAST Radamel Falcao, including Liverpool & Real Madrid

Radamel Falcao’s loan spell at Manchester United expires in the summer, and despite being up for grabs on a permanent deal, Louis van Gaal hasn’t been impressed enough to consider the striker worthy of a long-term contract at Old Trafford.

On Wednesday, the Colombian expressed his need to be playing regular football, and claimed there are an array of clubs vying for his signature.

As such, we take a look at five clubs that could make the move for Falcao in the summer…

Liverpool

With the poor form of Mario Balotelli, who is showing little signs of improving, walking out at Anfield could be a huge confidence boost for the striker.

Not only that, poor form or not, Falcao remains a worldwide name in football, and would provide excellent global exposure for the Reds.

Could Falcao line-up alongside Daniel Sturridge at Anfield?

Real Madrid

Santiago Bernabeu striker Karim Benzema is heavily linked with a move to Liverpool in the summer, and having long been admirers of the Colombian, it could be the perfect time for the Spanish giants to pounce on the striker.

Even if Benzema remains with the club, the Frenchman has almost no competition for his position, and another striker is needed to keep his performances up.

Juventus

Star striker Carlos Tevez is set to leave the Italian giants, either this summer or next, to join boyhood club Boca Juniors – and Juve consider Falcao a valuable replacement for the Argentine.

Valencia

The Spanish outfit are seriously short of fire-power with Alvara Negrdo and Rodrigo Moreno hugely under-performing in front of goal.

Valencia look set to offer Champions League football next season, and with the striker low in confidence, the pressure at the Mestalla certainly won’t be as intense as at other clubs featured on this list.

Paris Saint-Germain

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani‘s futures are reportedly uncertain, and if either depart in the summer, Laurent Blanc will need a replacement.
