The Argentine has endured a tough season that has been blighted by injuries and poor form since arriving from Real Madrid in the summer.

A recent rumour that the Ligue 1 champions were interested could have been seen as an easy get away route for the winger, but it would seem that he wants to prove himself at the Red Devils instead.

The Sun claims a source close to him as said: “None of this business about PSG is coming from Angel and he has no interest in going there. It is true things have not gone as he would have liked so far, but he is determined to make it work at United.”

In their most recent match the 26-year-old was only a substitute for the 1-2 victory over Liverpool, and according to the report Louis van Gaal was not happy with his contribution when he came on.

With big matches against Manchester City and Arsenal coming up Di Maria still has a chance to show his ability on the biggest stage before the end of the campaign.
