MC: Edu vs Santi Cazorla – Although the Brazilian had a fine season that year, Santi Cazorla is one member of this current Gunners side who would’ve really added something in midfield – Cazorla
AMR: Freddie Ljungberg vs Alexis Sanchez – The prolific Swede may have been an underrated talent and fan favourite, but there’s no doubt the current Arsenal star is the superior player overall – Sanchez
AML: Robert Pires vs Mesut Ozil – Despite the German’s recent improvements, he is still no match for the legendary Pires in this position – Pires
FC: Dennis Bergkamp vs Danny Welbeck – Not a close call at all, with the legendary Dutchman a great deal better than Welbeck based on what we’ve seen so far – Bergkamp
FC: Thierry Henry vs Olivier Giroud – Although the Frenchman is on top form at the moment, he is no match for his fellow countryman for the moment, with Henry one of the best players of all time and widely thought of as the best in Arsenal’s history – Henry
