GK: Oliver Kahn

A legendary German goalkeeper who starred for Bayern Munich and for his national team, Oliver Kahn seems a good pick in goal.

DR: Sergio Ramos

Not in his usual centre-back position, Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos makes it into this dream XI at right-back.

DL: Roberto Carlos

One of the finest left-backs to play the game, it’s another Real Madrid great in Roberto Carlos making it in on the opposite flank.

DC: Fernando Hierro

A former captain for Real Madrid and Spain, Fernando Hierro is another Bernabeu legend to make it into Aguero’s lineup.

DC: Roberto Ayala

An Argentine legend, Roberto Ayala was a top class centre-back at his peak and makes it in alongside Hierro.

MC: Xavi

Another Spanish star, this time it’s a Barcelona legend in Xavi making it into the team as one of the three main central midfielders.

MC: Fernando Redondo

An underrated former star at Real Madrid, Fernando Redondo also makes it into this midfield trio.

MC: Andres Iniesta

A great player who has a terrific partnership with Xavi, Andres Iniesta is also picked by Aguero ahead of City team-mates David Silva or Yaya Toure.

MR: Lionel Messi

An old friend and long-time team-mate of Aguero’s, it’s no surprise to see Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi get into this three-man attack.

ML: Diego Maradona

Another Argentine and one of the best players of all time, Diego Maradona is also included in this incredibly strong-looking front-line.

FC: Ronaldo

Not Cristiano, but the Brazilian Ronaldo gets the nod as the team’s main striker in this dream team selection by Aguero.
