The Hammers have not been sufficiently impressed by Song’s performances in the second half of this season, despite a fine start to life at Upton Park when he arrived on loan from La Liga.
The 27-year-old’s fine form earlier in the campaign attracted some interest from Liverpool, though it now looks as though he will not be staying in the Premier League as Inter show a strong interest, according to the Daily Mirror.
Song was a key player during his time at Arsenal, but has since struggled to find his best form after limited opportunities at the Nou Camp, plus a frustrating season for Sam Allardyce’s side, whose own decline in form over the course of the campaign may have hindered his individual displays.
