The England international has had a superb season in the Premier League this year to follow on from his breakthrough campaign last term, and he is now attracting strong interest from all around Europe.

Sterling is reportedly refusing to sign a new contract at Anfield, and this has given Liverpool’s rivals some hope of snapping him up in the near future, with Arsenal and Chelsea among those interested.

It has now emerged that the 20-year-old is also keen to move to London, where he played earlier in his career with previous club Queens Park Rangers.

According to the Daily Star, this makes Arsenal and Chelsea the only serious contenders to sign him, with the player surely looking for a move to a Champions League side, and with clubs like Tottenham unable to afford him.
