However, according to Aulas, OL have no intention of selling.

“Nabil Fekir? He will stay,” the club president began, confidently, as reported by Le 10 Sport, “I haven’t spoken to him yet on the subject of the renegotiation of his contact.

“We will do it.”

The French source report that contract talks will likely take place after France’s upcoming international fixtures against Belgium and Albania later this month.

Fekir made his debut for Les Bleus in March against Brazil, before winning his second cap during an international friendly against Denmark. The Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year had previously been named in an Algeria squad, only to reject Les Fennecs for the chance to play for the land of his birth.

He was in mesmerising form for Les Gones this season, scoring 13 goals in 34 outings and contributing nine assists as Hubert Fournier’s side ran champions Paris Saint-Germain close for the French title.
