Out – Diego Costa

Linked with a shock return to Spain, Diego Costa could make a quick exit from Chelsea after a great first season with the Blues, in what would no doubt be a big blow for the Premier League champions.

In – Gonzalo Higuain

Wanted by Arsenal and Manchester United, Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain has also been linked with Chelsea and could be an ideal replacement for Costa up front if the Spaniard does end up leaving.

Out – Juan Cuadrado

A failed January signing from Fiorentina, Juan Cuadrado has struggled for Chelsea so far and may be on his way out this summer as the likes of Barcelona and Inter Milan supposedly show an interest.

In – Antoine Griezmann

Coming in could be £43m-rated Atletico Madrid winger Antoine Griezmann, who has just enjoyed a terrific season at the Vicente Calderon, scoring 25 goals from out wide and also attracing interest from Manchester United.

Out – Mohamed Salah

Loaned out to Fiorentina, Mohamed Salah seems unlikely to get a chance to play at Chelsea and should be offloaded this summer, leaving more space for changes in the wide-forward position in Mourinho’s side.

In – Raheem Sterling

In another exciting move, Chelsea could sign Liverpool starlet Raheem Sterling as he looks to seal a move away from Anfield after turning down a new contract.
