Lyon starlet Nabil Fekir has provided an update on his future amid rumoured interest from the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool in this summer’s transfer window.

The talented young Frenchman, valued at around £25m after a superb season in Ligue 1, has been strongly linked with a big move to either the Emirates Stadium or Anfield ahead of next season, but it now looks as though he has decided to stay put.

According to the Daily Star, Fekir is not expecting to be on the move this summer, though he concedes his future remains somewhat up in the air, saying: “There is so much talk of my departure but I honestly do not think that I will leave Lyon.”

Lyon are also facing strong interest in star striker Alexandre Lacazette this summer, and it may be that they will struggle to fight off bids for the pair.
