There could be plenty of big moves in this summer’s transfer market, but clubs will also be on the lookout for the best bargains, with these top targets for the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United reportedly available for £20m or less…

1) Nathaniel Clyne (Southampton)

After a £12.5m fee was agreed, Southampton right-back Nathaniel Clyne looks set to move to Liverpool in what looks a real bargain for the Reds for one of the finest defenders in the Premier League last season.

2) Petr Cech (Chelsea)

Supposedly on the move for a final fee of £10.9m, Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech is another absolute bargain this summer as he closes in on a move to rivals Arsenal, who are surely the winners in the deal.

3) Charlie Austin (Queens Park Rangers)

Valued at around £15m, Charlie Austin feels his fee may be too high for some Premier League clubs, though that looks a very reasonable price for the QPR striker, who is wanted by Chelsea and Newcastle United.

4) Mateo Kovacic (Inter Milan)

Linked strongly with an £18m move to Liverpool, highly-rated Inter Milan midfielder Mateo Kovacic looks a top young talent who could make a great buy for the Reds at that price, with his value sure to rise in the coming years.

5) Lars Bender (Bayer Leverkusen)

Another £18m midfielder, Bayer Leverkusen star and Arsenal target Lars Bender is a superb defensive midfield player with a proven record for club and country available on the cheap this summer.

6) Ilkay Gundogan (Borussia Dortmund)

Just below £20m, Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan is looking likely to be on the move this summer to either Arsenal, Manchester United or Barcelona for around £19m.

7) Loic Remy (Chelsea)

Wanted by West Ham and valued at around £15m, Loic Remy could be leaving Chelsea on the cheap this summer, though the Blues would still make a profit on the player they signed for around £10.5m last year.

8) Robin van Persie (Manchester United)

A player past his best, Manchester United striker Robin van Persie is wanted by Juventus and still looks a player with something to offer, especially at just £10m.

9) Hugo Lloris (Tottenham)

In a surprise move, Tottenham could let Hugo Lloris move to Manchester United for just £17.8m, which looks a great buy if the club do end up needing him as a replacement for the want-away David de Gea.

10) Nani (Manchester United)

Thought to be on the move to Fenerbahce for just £6m, Nani looks a good signing for such a low price after impressing on loan at Sporting Lisbon, making it surprising no English clubs came in for him.
