With Sevilla beating Liverpool to the signing of exciting Ukranian winger Yevhen Konoplyanka this summer, here’s a look at five other options the Reds could consider as they chase a replacement for the unsettled Raheem Sterling

1) Pedro (Barcelona)

Also a target for Arsenal, Barcelona winger Pedro has been on Liverpool’s radar in the past, and it now looks like the 27-year-old could spark interest again this summer as he looks set to be sold by the Catalan giants.

2) Jeremy Menez (AC Milan)

A classy winger who was linked with Liverpool last summer, AC Milan star Jeremy Menez could be another superb option for the Reds out wide, having scored 16 goals in his first season at the San Siro.

3) Nicolas Gaitan (Benfica)

A winger long linked with several Premier League clubs, Nicolas Gaitan perhaps seems most likely to be joining Manchester United this summer, though the skillful Argentine has also been on Liverpool’s radar.

4) Arda Turan (Atletico Madrid)

A fine player sparking a transfer battle between the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and Barcelona, Atletico Madrid wide-man Arda Turan is one of the best in Europe in his position, and the £30m-rated player has been linked with Liverpool in the past.

5) Antonio Candreva (Lazio)

Another former Reds target, Italian wing-wizard Antonio Candreva is one of the finest wide-players in Serie A and could leave Lazio for a bigger club this summer after some fine performances.
