Manchester United rumours

Manchester United are reportedly in advanced talks to conclude two transfer deals, with various sources suggesting a £27m double deal could be finalised in the next few days.

The Red Devils were busy last summer as Louis van Gaal attempted to put his own stamp on the squad he inherited at Old Trafford, and it looks like there could be a repeat this year with severl ins and outs at the club.

United have already signed PSV forward Memphis Depay and look set to announce the arrival of Matteo Darmian, but two more deals are already underway…

1) Bastian Schweinsteiger

Set to move for £15m, German midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has agreed terms on an exit from Bayern Munich this summer as he seeks a new challenge in the Premier League, with Sky Sports sources saying a deal is not yet finalised, but that talks are at an advanced stage.

2) Robin van Persie

Secondly, Robin van Persie looks like closing in on a £12m move to Fenerbahce, according to reports in Italy. The Dutchman is no longer needed at Old Trafford and has agreed to leave the club for a big move to Turkey.
