Over the past week, Chelsea have been linked with Barcelona’s Pedro and Real Madrid’s Isco, as Jose Mourinho looks to follow on from the signing of former Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao.

Chelsea to offer Barcelona star four year contract
Take a look below…
GK – Thibaut Courtois
Despite new signing Asmir Begovic having been handed the No.1 shirt, the Belgium international is set to continue as Mourinho’s first-choice stopper.
RB – Branislav Ivanovic
The Serbian has arguably been the Blues’ most consistent performer over the past three seasons, and his performances – not to mention the fact that there is little competition in this position – should see the 31-year-old continue to dominate at right-back.
CB – Gary Cahill
The 29-year-old’s form was questioned at times last season, but a strong end to the season should see Chelsea’s English centre-back partnership remain intact.
CB – John Terry
Along with Eden Hazard, the Blues captain was outstanding in seeing the Premier League trophy return to Stamford Bridge for the first time in five years – playing every minute in their title-winning campaign.
LB – Cesar Azpilicueta
Such is the excellent form of the Spaniard that position contender Filipe Luis is assessing his future in west London after just one season.
RCM – Cesc Fabregas
The former Arsenal captain had a stunning first-half to the season at Stamford Bridge, and must surely be looking to break Thierry Henry’s assist-record in his second campaign with the Blues.
CM – Isco
The Real Madrid playmaker has been linked with Chelsea over the past week, and the 23-year-old could certainly form one of the most exciting midfields in England – starring alongside Fabregas.
LCM – Nemanja Matic
The Serbia international is one of few traditional holding midfielders across Europe – providing Chelsea with immense security in the centre of the park.
RW – Pedro
Another La Liga star that the Blues have been linked with. Jose Mourinho is said to be a long-term admirer of the Barca winger, and he could be a direct replacement to Willian.
ST – Diego Costa
Hopefully the former Atletico Madrid star has put to rest his hamstring problems that blighted the second-half of his debut campaign in England, and Premier League supporters can be entertained with an intense battle for the Golden Boot.
LW – Eden Hazard
One of Europe’s finest wingers and the young Belgian looks as if he is only getting started.
