Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has confirmed that at least two more signings are on the way, reports the Daily Express.
The Red Devils have already signed Memphis Depay from PSV Eindhoven, Bastian Schweinsteiger from Bayern Munich, Matteo Darmian from Torino, and Morgan Schneiderlin from Southampton this summer. However, it seems that the 63-year-old isn’t happy to stop there.
“We’re not finished yet,” he said, “We still need to improve at least two positions and we shall when possible.”
It seems the Dutchman wants a repeat of his first transfer window, where he spent over £150m [talkSPORT] on players such as Angel Di Maria, Marcos Rojo, Luke Shaw, Ander Herrera, and Daley Blind. This time round he also has the lure of Champions League football to draw in new players, which could help to bring in a higher quality of recruit.

With four fronts to compete on next season, as well as higher expectations in the Premier League, United are going to need to improve on the side which struggled to finish fourth last time round, and without the extra games from playing in the Champions League that they’ll have to contend with in 2015/16.
The two positions that still need improving could be up front and between the sticks. Radamel Falcao’s loan deal has come to an end and Robin van Persie has joined Fenerbahce, meaning that Wayne Rooney will be the only senior striker if Javier Hernandez completes a rumoured departure [Metro].
Meanwhile, United could be set to lose two goalkeepers, to leave just Anders Lindegaard in the first team squad. Victor Valdes is on the transfer list after refusing to play in the reserves according to van Gaal [BBC], and David De Gea has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid [Goal.com].
