5. Serge Gnabry seals West Brom deal

Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Gnabry will spend the 2015-16 campaign on loan at West Bromwich Albion, with the Frenchman keen for the youngster to experience regular first-team action.

“He is going to West Brom. I think he had the medical on Thursday, we will confirm it today,” the French manager was quoted as saying by talkSPORT.

4. Arsenal favourites to clinch Roma defender

The north London giants are leading the chase for AS Roma defender Alessio Romagnoli, with Chelsea also said to be interested in his signature, the Metro claim. He is valued at £20m.

3. Wenger wants Denis Cheryshev

Real Madrid are prepared to offload Cheryshev this summer, and Arsene Wenger has told asked the Arsenal board to complete a £15m deal for the winger, the Metro report.

The Telegraph report that top target Lacazette has signed a new contract with Lyon, and looks to have finally put an end to the speculation surrounding his future.

1. Arsenal to seal Benzema deal today

Today’s biggest news is that the Gunners are said to be closing in on Karim Benzema‘s signature, and could sign the striker on a four-year deal today. The Real Madrid forward will be offered a £120,000 per-week contract, with the fee said to be €50m.
