Arsenal predicted line up vs Leicester City: Could Flamini keep his place? Possible rest for Sanchez

Arsenal predicted line up for Leicester trip.

Read on to see our Arsenal predicted line up as the Gunners travel to in-form Leicester City this weekend, with Arsene Wenger perhaps set for some big changes to his team…

GK: Petr Cech

Despite being rotated in midweek, Petr Cech is the clear number one for Arsenal in the Premier League this season and will start at the King Power Stadium.

DR: Hector Bellerin

A fine young right-back, Hector Bellerin should return to the Arsenal first-team this weekend and will need to be on top form to deal with Riyad Mahrez.

DL: Nacho Monreal

A strong left-back who was also rested against Tottenham on Wednesday, Nacho Monreal will surely return to action for Arsenal as they take on Leicester this weekend.

DC: Laurent Koscielny

An important part of the Arsenal defence, Laurent Koscielny should resume his usual role at the back this weekend after a rest against Spurs.

DC: Per Mertesacker

Coming back into the team in midweek, it seems possible that experienced centre-back Per Mertesacker could return to the starting line up for the Premier League.

MC: Mathieu Flamini

Arsenal’s two-goal hero against Tottenham, Mathieu Flamini has perhaps shown he deserves to be playing more in the league, particularly with some doubts over Francis Coquelin’s recent form.

MC: Santi Cazorla

In his usual creative midfield role, Santi Cazorla lines up alongside Flamini and will have the responsibility of providing Arsenal’s attack with chances.

AMR: Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

A superb winger who deserves more playing time anyway, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain should perhaps start over the jaded Alexis Sanchez this weekend.

AML: Mesut Ozil

Moving to the left, Mesut Ozil should still have the freedom to roam and act as Arsenal’s number ten behind the main striker.

AMC: Aaron Ramsey

With Sanchez out of the team, Aaron Ramsey could move into a more central attacking role, which is arguably his best position, so he’ll have to take this chance to impress.

FC: Theo Walcott

Seemingly ahead of Olivier Giroud at the moment, Theo Walcott concludes our Arsenal predicted line up with another start up front against the Foxes.
