Where are they now? Teams from last time Arsenal beat Manchester United at home

Michael Carrick – One of the few still at a much-changed United team, Michael Carrick remains a regular in midfield for the Red Devils.

Anderson – A total flop as his performances dipped dramatically after this season, the Brazilian is now back in his home country with Internacional, doing little of note.

Park Ji-sung – A key part of Sir Alex Ferguson’s later sides, Park Ji-sung was reliable in these big games, and had scored the winner against Arsenal earlier that season, though he is now retired after spells with QPR and PSV.

Nani – A real waste of talent, this proved to be the Portuguese winger’s last good season for United before falling out of favour. Now in Turkey with Fenerbahce after a loan spell back at Sporting Lisbon.

Wayne Rooney – Now club captain of United, Wayne Rooney looks past his best but is still in the team every week, despite looking like leaving on several occasions.

Javier Hernandez – After this one truly outstanding season at Old Trafford, the Mexican striker went downhill and was finally offloaded this summer to Bayer Leverkusen.
