Arsene Wenger was criticised for not spending enough in the summer, but could now be lining up big names, particularly if he can raise money from the sales of these stars:

Out – Theo Walcott

Linked with a shock move to Barcelona, Theo Walcott’s problems with injuries could mean the club decide to cash in on him while they can if an offer comes in.

In – Isco (Real Madrid)

Repeatedly linked with Arsenal after falling out of favour at Real Madrid this season, Spanish playmaker Isco is believed to be a top target, and he can fill in in a variety of roles for Wenger’s side.

Out – Alexis Sanchez

Recently linked with both Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, it is little surprise to see interest growing in Arsenal’s best player Alexis Sanchez, who has been in superb form this season.

In – Edinson Cavani (Paris Saint-Germain)

Possibly leaving PSG to make way for Sanchez could be Edinson Cavani, who has long been linked as a top target for Arsenal and who could finally move to north London in an exchange deal.
