100-goal South American wonderkid open to idea of Liverpool transfer

Liverpool arguably have the best attack in England right now.

The Reds are the joint-top scorers in the Premier League this season, with 20 goals, while they have hit the net 10 times in three EFL Cup games.

Despite being in good shape in front, Liverpool could be set to strengthen their attacking ranks by bringing in 17-year-old Uruguayan striker Agustin Davila.

According to the International Business Times, Davila is open to the idea of signing for Liverpool after completing a two-week trial with the Reds.

Davila bagged for the Reds in a 2-0 over Walsall recently and IBTimes claim he has scored more than 100 goals already during his youth career, having been the top scorer for Juveniles Penarol at U14, U15 and U17 levels.

Presumably, Davila would be viewed as one for the future at Anfield.

He would certainly have to do something special to get into the first team in the near future, considering England star Daniel Sturridge is himself only a fringe man in Jurgen Klopp’s attacking plans.
