Arsenal summer signing Granit Xhaka has expressed his delight following the Gunners win over Bournemouth today in the Premier League.
Alexis Sanchez was the star of the show in Arsenal’s 2-1 win. The victory marked the end of an impressive November which saw Arsenal qualify to the last 16 of the Champions League and remain within touching distance of league leaders Chelsea.
November is traditionally a bad month for the Gunners and Arsenal fans will be glad they got though it without a single defeat. The north London based club are now unbeaten in their last 17 games.
Xhaka shared a photo of himself from the game and included the following caption, “Another important victory at The Emirates Stadium today. Great to see you all happy and proud. See you on Wednesday to finish the November on high.”
Arsenal remain in forth place in the table following today’s victory and are just three points behind league leaders Chelsea.
The Gunners take on Southampton next week in the League Cup before taking on their London based rivals West Ham United next weekend.
