Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea is reportedly only open to sealing a transfer to Real Madrid if Keylor Navas is sold by the club first.
Los Blancos president Florentino Perez remains keen on landing the Spain international, and is also looking at Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois as an option, according to Diario Gol.
However, the report states that none of these players are prepared to move to the Bernabeu if Navas remains on their books as a major competitor for the number one spot.
De Gea has shown himself to be arguably the finest ‘keeper in the world in the last few years, and would be a superb ‘Galactico’ signing for Real Madrid in an important position.

While Navas has impressed between the sticks for Zinedine Zidane’s side, many would argue that the club are yet to truly replace the legendary Iker Casillas, who left in 2015.
United won’t want to lose De Gea after so many match-winning displays, but it seems Perez is keen to push Navas out in order to bring in the player he wants.
Diario Gol claim Arsenal could be potential suitors for the Costa Rica international, though only if he is made available for a generous price.
