Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly eager for his club to launch a stunning £179million bid to seal the transfer of Tottenham star Dele Alli next summer.
The England international is apparently a priority target for the Red Devils boss as he aims to beat the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona to his signature, according to Don Balon.
Alli has established himself as one of the best attacking midfield players in Europe in recent years, and looks to have a bright future at the top level of the game.
Still only 21 years of age, Alli has 109 appearances under his belt for Spurs, scoring 39 goals in all competitions.
The former MK Dons youngster has formed a superb partnership in attack with Harry Kane, whom the Sun have also been linked with a possible big-money move to Old Trafford.

Alli, however, has hinted his future may lie at Tottenham for the time being with praise for manager Mauricio Pochettino and talk of his ambitions for the club in the coming years.
‘(Pochettino) is massive to me, a big help with everything, every day in training and in everyday life he pushes you, making you a better person and player,’ Alli is quoted in football.london.
‘He wants to help you improve and push you on. We trust in him, we put all our trust in him here, and that’s the main thing.’
He added: ‘We finished second in the league last year, third the year before that, when we felt we should have finished second, but it’s important that we keep on pushing forward as a team.
‘It’s important we don’t stand still, not improve and say: “This is our level” because the team we’ve got here is capable of pushing forward and aiming higher.’
