Not content with having the world’s largest first team squad, London’s favorite underachievers have decided to flesh out the backroom staff as well. Following the appointment of Damien Comolli as Sporting Director, they’ve added PSV Eindhoven Academy Coach Ricardo Moniz as Skills Trainer (at last Robbie Keane will have someone to practice keepy-uppy with in training).
On the official Spurs website, Martin Jol casually informs the public that Moniz is ‘one of the few proteges of the skills training guru Will Coerver.’ No, we hadn’t heard of him either.
