Everton have the lead over Queens Park Rangers at Goodison Park, despite a fairly drab start to the match in Liverpool that had seen the relegation threatened visitors largely holding their own. The goal was a stunning one as Ross Barkley picked up the ball deep in midfield, exchanged passes with Romelu Lukaku and slammed the ball into the top corner with his left foot.
